Ingredients
- 1 medium Banana
- 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 cup Almond Milk Or try hemp, rice or soy milk
- 1/2 cup Filtered Water
- 1/4 cup Plain Organic Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Unpasteurized pure Honey
Optional:- 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 leaf kale, frozen or fresh For a super nutrient boost!
