Blueberry Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is a perfect breakfast option for a busy morning. All ingredients help promote healthy digestion.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Banana
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 cup Almond Milk Or try hemp, rice or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup Filtered Water
  • 1/4 cup Plain Organic Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Unpasteurized pure Honey

Optional:

  • 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 leaf kale, frozen or fresh For a super nutrient boost!
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder: Whey or Vegetable based High quality, organic, all natural brand

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or vita mix. Blend on high until fully combined.

Serve and enjoy!

Serves 2-4 people.
