Chocolate Fudge!!!
This is a decadent, rich dessert that takes mere minutes to prepare! It will tackle the most intense of cravings and the bonus is that all the ingredients are fabulously healthy.

10 min
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw cacao
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut, finely shredded unsweetened
- 1/4 cup raw unpasteurized honey (try specialty honeys like, manuka or other local options)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, unsweetened (almond or cashew butter also work well)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until completely mixed, scrape sides and blend again. (This can be mixed by hand in a large bowl as well; it will just alter the texture slightly).
Next place the mixture into a shallow pan or container, approximately 6” x 9” and spread to about ½” thickness. Cover an refrigerate until ready to serve (at least 20 minutes).
To Serve: Slice into bite size pieces, about ¾” x ¾’. Serve chilled. Or serve it at room temperature as a delicious chocolate spread for whole grain toast.
Variations: By using different types of nut butter or a pure local honey, you will create unique and enticing flavors.
Note: Decrease the sweetness by adjusting the honey to 2 or 3 tbsp (1/4 cup = 4 tbsp).

That would be great if this is included in all recipes
Erin, this is a great question and a great suggestion. We would love to have this for all of our recipes and are in the process of working on a solution!
