Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole oats
- 3/4 cup brown rice flour
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons ice water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour and coconut. Stir in oil and water. Press dough into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes.
