Gluten Free Pie Crust

If you love traditional pie crust, this is sure to become a favorite. It is quicker, easier and possibly even better tasting!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup whole oats
  • 3/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons ice water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour and coconut. Stir in oil and water. Press dough into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Add desired pie filling and continue as per recipe instructions (see our fruit fillings and streusel topping recipes).
