Mango Pear Smoothie

This green smoothie is a great source of nutrients! It contains manuka honey which is great for the immune system! It also makes a fabulous frozen treat for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Frozen Banana
  • 1 Handful Spinach
  • 1/2 medium Frozen Mango
  • 1 medium Pear Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Manuka Honey Unpastureized

Optional

  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Chlorophyll, Super concentrated liquid chlorophyll

Directions

Put  all ingredients in Vitamix or blender, mix until fully blended, serve and enjoy!

Tip: Double this recipe, put the left over smoothie into popsicle moulds and freeze. These make refreshing frozen treats that are ready to eat on those hot summer days.

Note: Chlorophyll is a fantastic way to add a boost of color and nutrition to your smoothies. It enhances the fun green color naturally while adding a gentle benefit to your digestive system. Super concentrated chlorophyll can be found at most natural food stores.
