This chili was awesome! Had to change it a touch. Added 1 tbsp chili powder. Used just under 1 tsp of cayenne and it had the perfect amount of heat. Dash of pepper. Didn’t have corn so used carrots. Didn’t have tomato paste. Didn’t have crushed tomatoes so used diced. Made it a little watery but still delish! Oh and only 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp of oregano. And it tastes even better the second day! Love how the slow cooker really preserves the fresh taste of the veggies.
Great Review Tammy… and nice touches
