Yogurt Parfait
This makes for a delicious and healthy breakfast. Top with all of your favorites. Kids and adults will love creating these parfaits in the morning! Pick from any of the toppings you love!

Ingredients
- 500 grams Organic Plain Yogurt Full fat variety
Optional Toppings- Natural Granola or Muesli All natural variety
- Honey or Pure Maple Syrup Pure, unpasteurized honey
- Frozen or Fresh Berries or other fruits
- Organic Coconut unsweetened
- Raw Nuts and Seeds Chia, hemp or sunflower seeds, pecan, walnut or brazil nuts
- Cacao
Directions
For serving:
Serve each family member a 1/2 – 3/4 cup of yogurt.
Place a 1/2 cup of each ingredient on the table. each family member to select their favorite toppings and mix them into the yogurt. Be sure everyone chooses at least:
1 tbsp- Fruit (for fibre & complex carbohydrates)
1/2 tbsp – Chopped nuts or seeds (for protein & healthy fats)

- Seeds: Chia, hemp or sunflower (raw & unsalted)
- Nuts: Walnut, pecan, brazil, almond or cashew (raw, unsalted)
1-2 tbsp – Granola or Museli (for carbs & fibre)

- All natural, whole grain varieties, organic when possible.
- Look for brands that are sweetened with fruit juice, not sugar.
