The Cooking Class Experience

What You’ll Experience:
An in-home, hands-on cooking class that is based on whole foods. Be inspired and interact with our nutrition experts who will increase your understanding of how food and specific ingredients impact health. Detailed recipes and instructions are provided to ensure success in implementing your new ideas and knowledge at home. Classes are currently offered on a “pay what you think it is worth” basis.
