Baked Halibut

The simple marinade for the white fish is a delicious way to add interest to mealtime. It pairs perfectly with a simple salad for a light meal or use for fish tacos.
Ingredients
- Marinade;
- 2 tbsp honey, pure unpasteurized
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼-½ tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Fish;
- 4-6 pacific halibut fillets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a glass baking dish, whisk together marinade ingredients.
- Add fish to marinade and put in fridge 15-20 minutes.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, until fish is cooked through (just until it flakes when a fork is inserted).
