These 2 bite treats are sure to be a family favorite. They are quick, easy and require no baking! Double the batch and keep them in the freezer for last minute snacks.

Ingredients
  1. ½ cup raw almond butter (or sun butter for nut-free version)
  2. ¼ cup honey, pure unpasteurized
  3. ¼ cup coconut flour
  4. 3 tbsp ground flax seed (or hemp seed)
  5. ¼ tsp sea salt, Himalayan
  6. ¼ cup dark chocolate, carob or cacao chips
  7. ¼ cup hemp seeds
  8. ½ cup whole oats
Optional
  1. coconut flakes, more hemp seeds etc. to roll in
Instructions
  1. In large bowl mix together almond butter and honey until creamy and well blended
  2. 1.) In a small bowl mix together coconut flour, flaxseed and salt.
  3. 2.) Use your hands to mix the dough until everything is thoroughly combined. Adjust the consistency-add a tsp water if too dry or a tsp of flour if too wet. Fold in the chocolate chips
  4. 3.) Use a tablespoon to scoop out portions and roll into one inch balls using your hands.
  5. 4.) Refrigerate bites for 30 minutes and keep in the fridge, covered, for easy snacks throughout the week.
Notes
  1. **Gluten-free, or for a nut-free option use sun butter
