Citrus Mint Salsa
This simple salsa is a great way to add interest to any burger or wrap. It is full of flavour and healthy nutrients.

  1. 1 Orange - peeled & diced
  2. 1/2 red onion - finely diced
  3. 1 Jalapeño pepper - seeded & finely diced
  4. 1/2 cup fresh mint - finely chopped
  5. 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  6. Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. 1.Toss all ingredients together in a small bowl
  2. 2. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  3. 3. Serve and enjoy!
  1. Makes about 1 1/2 cups salsa
