Evergreen Winter Smoothie
Serves 3
This delicious smoothie is the ideal winter holiday snack or mini meal for highly active people and athletes! Pack with nutrition and energy, it will keep you going strong.
Write a review
  1. 3 cups almond milk
  2. 6 Medjool dates, pits removed
  3. 1/3 cup brazil nuts
  4. 1 small frozen banana
  5. ½ tsp cinnamon
  6. ½ tsp nutmeg (or to taste)
  7. 2 tsp chia seeds
  8. ½ cup fresh spinach (or other leafy greens)
  9. 1 – 2 serving high quality protein powder (hemp, brown rice etc).
  10. Optional: 1 tsp pure vanilla*
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until well combined.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.
  4. Makes 3-4 servings
  1. NOTE: ½ tsp of pure Vanilla powder can be used in place of extract.
