The perfect way to combine holiday flavours with high impact nutrition; This delicious green smoothie is packed with energy, that will keep you going for hours.

Ingredients
- 3 cups almond milk
- 6 Medjool dates, pits removed
- 1/3 cup brazil nuts or pumpkin seeds
- 1 small frozen banana
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg (or to taste)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- ½ cup fresh spinach (or other leafy greens)
Optional
- 1 tsp pure vanilla* extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Serve & enjoy!
Notes
- Tip: Freezing Bananas - Peel ripened bananas, break in half, place in a freezer safe container and store in the freezer until ready to use.
