A sumptuous twist on a classic drink; This green smoothie is refreshing and provides protein while supporting healthy digestion & brain function! It is also a fantastic way to get your daily greens!

Ingredients
- 1 handful mint leaves, fresh (1/8 cup)
- ¼ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, raw
- 1 tbsp brazil nuts, raw (4-5)
- 1 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana, frozen or fresh
- ¼ cup spinach or kale
- 2 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop organic protein powder
Optional
- 1 tbsp Jade Greenzymes
- 1 tbsp spirulina
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice, pure
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Serve & enjoy!
Notes
- Tip: Freezing Bananas - Peel ripened bananas, break in half, place in a freezer safe container and store in the freezer until ready to use.
